Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Trainee Full Stack Developer to join our team in Amman. This role is designed for a passionate individual eager to begin their journey in the world of full-stack development. As a trainee, you will work closely with senior developers to learn, grow, and contribute to building seamless and innovative software applications. Your dedication to learning and your contributions will have a direct impact on our products and the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and collaborating with our development team.
• Learn from hands-on experience and contribute to code that is clean, well-organized, and documented.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance under the guidance of senior developers.
• Take part in code reviews to maintain and improve code quality.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for new features and strategies.
• Grow in technical prowess through dedicated mentorship and ongoing educational opportunities.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree with relevant project experience.
• Some familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP is preferred.
• A foundational understanding of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of full-stack development.
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control is advantageous.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours:

Full-time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Jordan Time (JO), Sunday to Thursday.
