The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in building the next generation of our software solutions. You’ll leverage your mastery of both front-end and back-end development to craft efficient, scalable web applications.

Technical Skills:

• Architecture and Development:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient web applications.
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.
  • Optimize existing code and the overall software suite for performance.
• Front-End Development:
  • Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across various platforms.
• Back-End Development:
  • Build robust and secure back-end systems using programming languages and databases.
  • Handle data management and communication between the front-end and back-end.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Innovation and Problem-Solving:
  • Identify and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve the software suite.
• Technical Direction and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the team to define the technological roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices.

• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Work effectively with other developers, designers, and product managers.
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Tech Stack:

• Front-End: TypeScript , Modern JavaScript Framework (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.JS)
• Back-End: C# (.NET 6+ Web APIs and background services), SQL, EF Core (MSSQL database)
• Cloud: Cloud Computing knowledge (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
• DevOps: Version control tools (Git, GitHub, DevOps)
• Bonus Skills (good to have): Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Gremlin, Cosmos DB, DDD design pattern, CQRS design pattern, Pub/Sub Pattern, Microservices Architecture, SignalR, Envoy/Nginx

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years of solid full-stack development experience
• Expertise in C# for developing .NET 6+ Web APIs and background services
• Strong experience with a modern front-end JavaScript framework
• Proficiency in SQL and EF Core for interacting with a MSSQL database
• Experience developing solutions on cloud platforms (Azure or similar)
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub, DevOps)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Working Hours:

Full-time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Philippines time
