The Role
As a Microsoft Power Platforms – AI and Data Engineer Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in building and optimizing data solutions, AI models, and automated workflows. You will work closely with our experienced professionals to support various projects, learning how to turn data into actionable insights and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating Power BI reports and dashboards under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help develop and maintain data models, perform basic data transformations, and create simple DAX formulas.
• Support the building and management of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Learn to design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop to streamline business processes.
• Utilize SQL for basic data querying and manipulation tasks.
• Assist in developing Python scripts for data processing and AI model implementation.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports, Power Automate workflows, and data pipelines to ensure they function correctly.
• Gain hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code (VSCode) for development and integration tasks.
• Explore and gain familiarity with various Microsoft products and services, including ChatGPT, SharePoint, Azure, and Power Apps.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving data-related and automation issues.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our data and AI capabilities.
• Participate in training and projects related to Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Python is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion to learn and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

During your training period, you will complete a combination of the following certifications:

• PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
• PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
• PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
• DP-900 Azure Data Fundamentals
• DP-203 Azure Data Engineer Associate
• AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals
• AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associate

Working Hours:
Full-time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Jordan time
Monday-Friday
